Chartered Accountant Full Time

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least three years of post-qualification experience in any of the core finance domains such as taxation, financial planning, MIS reporting, audit, internal controls, or corporate strategy. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing to both operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Taxation & Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of direct and indirect taxes.
• Stay updated with tax laws and implement necessary changes in compliance processes.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and manage tax assessments or audits.

MIS & Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Finance & Accounting:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flows, working capital, and banking transactions.

Audit & Internal Control:

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and explanations.
• Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Strategy & Business Planning:

• Provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial modeling, investment analysis, and cost optimization projects.
• Contribute to business case evaluations and scenario planning.
