Chef de Partie Full Time

What you will do

• Create a variety of dim sum, including steamed, fried, and baked items, ensuring authenticity, taste, and high standards of presentation.
• Utilize wok techniques to prepare stir-fried dishes efficiently, maintaining consistency in flavor and texture.
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes to ensure consistency and adherence to the restaurant’s standards.

What you bring

• Previous experience working in the luxury 5 star resort and hotel
• 3-4 years of experience specializing in dim sum preparation and wok cooking in a professional kitchen.
• Expertise in traditional Chinese cooking techniques, with a focus on dim sum and wok dishes.
• Strong understanding of Chinese ingredients, sauces, and cooking methods.
• Proficiency in English language
