Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine Full Time

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a talented Chef de Partie specializing in Italian cuisine to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of your assigned kitchen section. You will supervise and guide your team to produce high-quality dishes while maintaining Hyatt International’s corporate strategies, brand standards, and meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the assigned kitchen station or section to produce high-quality dishes.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to Hyatt International standards.
• Maintain a high level of kitchen hygiene, following occupational health and safety regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service to support the outlet’s operating concept.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or large Italian restaurant with high standards.
  • Experience with luxury international brands is preferred.
• Education:
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Expertise in Italian cuisine.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Ideally, candidates should already be based in the UAE.
