Job Description:
The Chef de Partie – Pastry is responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of pastry items in their section, ensuring that the hotel’s culinary offerings maintain the highest standards of quality, creativity, and variety. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and leadership in guiding the team. The Chef de Partie must also effectively communicate and follow orders from the Sous Chef and Head Chef, ensuring a smooth operation in the kitchen.
