 KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Dealing with customers, consultants, contractors and responding to their inquiries regarding the requirements for obtaining no-objection certificates.
# Directing companies and contractors to adhere to the requirements, guidelines and procedures taken by RTA.
# Reviewing projects (reviewing the applications to submitted by contractor and consultants, and addressing the concerned authorities to take the necessary measures)
# Follow up the applications received on the e-NOC system and Traffic diversions via ROWPS.
# Preparing letters and circulars for consulting companies and contractors to respond to all inquiries daily
# Plan, schedules, and prioritizes assigned planning projects and activities in consultation with planning manager.
# Prepares the required forms and applications of completion certificates for consulting companies and contractors for affiliated projects affecting the public bus service.
# Analyzes Public Transport modes, systems, and policies, identifies problems and potential solutions; evaluates alternatives; makes recommendations for policies, plans and projects; prepares reports of findings; and participants in implementation of adopted solutions and projects.
# Provide technical and functional direction, review, and control quality of work, initiate, and monitor a service level indices
# Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct line manager or department directors

 Education
# Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a recognized university with minimum 2 years of experience
