Commi-Chinese Cuisine Full Time

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Commi – Chinese Cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team at Kitopi. As a Commi, you will be part of an innovative and fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality Chinese dishes in line with Kitopi’s food standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Chinese cuisine dishes according to recipes and company standards.
• Ensure that all food preparation is done efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage of food.
• Follow kitchen procedures and standards for food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain kitchen equipment and tools.
• Maintain proper inventory and communicate when ingredients are running low.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Commi in a Chinese cuisine kitchen.
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, flavors, and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
