As a Commis Chef (Coffee Shop), you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products and delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service. You will play a crucial role in upholding the outlet’s operating concept and maintaining Hyatt International standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality food items consistently in line with the outlet’s requirements.
• Ensure all food preparation meets established hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in managing inventory and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
