Commis Chef Full Time

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while ensuring professional, efficient, and flexible service that aligns with Hyatt International standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consistent, high-quality food items as per outlet standards.
• Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Take responsibility for your designated section and assigned tasks.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
• Basic culinary skills with good knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
