We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional who can support and add value to our HR Team.
The role is responsible for processing high volume payroll and coordination of compensation and benefits.
1. Degree qualified in HR
2. Minimum of two years experience in C&B or full cycle payroll processing in the UAE
3. With excellent MS Excel and database management skills
4. Multitasker, organized and has very good time management skills
5. Has good attention to details
6. Very good English communication skills is a must—both written and verbal
7. Must have solid understanding of the UAE Labour Law
