Construction QA/QC Engineer Full Time

Position Overview

Whitespot is seeking a skilled Construction QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in villa and high-rise building construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction processes, snagging, handovers, and Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards to ensure quality construction practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and maintain quality standards.
• Manage handover and snagging processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee and document the Defects Liability Period (DLP) process, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
• Identify non-conformances, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of UAE experience in villa and high-rise building construction/maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of construction handover, snagging, and DLP processes.
• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
