Consultant General Surgeon (Trauma) Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures on patients with traumatic injuries
- Conduct pre-op and post-op consultations with patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to evaluate and plan patient care
- Ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of trauma surgery
- Train and supervise junior medical staff and participate in surgical training programs
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Board certification in General Surgery or equivalent
- Fellowship in trauma surgery
- Excellent surgical skills and proficiency in the latest surgical techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to keep up with the latest developments in the field through continuous education and training
- Must be Western-trained
