Consultant Hematopathologist Full Time

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Consultant Hematopathologist at a reputable hospital in Dubai.

As a Consultant Hematopathologist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable diagnostic services to patients with hematological disorders. You will play a critical role in the diagnosis and management of diseases such as leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough and accurate examinations of blood, bone marrow, and lymph node samples
• Interpreting test results and diagnosing various hematological disorders
• Providing consultations and recommendations to referring physicians on patient management
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and working closely with other specialists
• Supervising and training junior laboratory staff and ensuring quality control of laboratory procedures
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field of Hematopathology and implementing best practices in the laboratory
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of patient samples and test results
• Participating in research and quality improvement projects in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications And Requirements

• Medical degree and specialist training in Hematopathology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Hematopathologist in a hospital setting
• Extensive knowledge and experience in different laboratory techniques and technologies used in Hematopathology
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be Western-trained
