Consultant NICU Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose infants with complex medical conditions requiring specialized intervention.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for neonates.

Oversee and manage the care of neonates in the NICU, providing life-saving interventions as necessary.

Work closely with nursing staff, pediatricians, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

Engage in ongoing communication with families to educate them about their infant’s medical status and treatments.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research.

Maintain current knowledge of advances in neonatology and apply best practices in patient care.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with fellowship training in Neonatology.

Board certification in Neonatology is an advantage.

Current medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
