Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team as a Consultant. As a Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist, you will be responsible for providing specialized healthcare services to children and adolescents with endocrine disorders, helping them lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

– Serve as the primary consultant for all pediatric endocrinology cases, providing comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans.

– Perform thorough physical examinations, and medical histories and present detailed clinical findings to the patient and their parents/guardians.

– Order and interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with other specialists to provide a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

– Develop and implement effective treatment plans, including medications, lifestyle adjustments, and dietary changes to manage endocrine disorders.

– Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.

– Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the management of their condition and potential complications.

– Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and actively participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Endocrinologist, with at least 2 years working as a Consultant.

– Board certification in Pediatric Endocrinology.

– Master’s degree or equivalent in Pediatric Endocrinology.

– Exceptional diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging cases.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centric approach.

– Must be Western-trained.
