Consultant Pediatric Hematologist (BMT) Full Time

Duties

As a Consultant Pediatric Hematologist (BMT), you will be working with a team of experienced professionals in a state-of-the-art medical facility. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, treat and manage hematological disorders in children, with a focus on BMT. Some of your specific duties will include:

• Performing comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests for pediatric patients with hematological disorders.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients, including BMT procedures.
• Providing follow-up care to patients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborating with other medical professionals and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Educating patients, their families, and the community on hematological disorders and BMT.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of pediatric hematology and BMT.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and Board Certification in Hematology and/or Pediatric Hematology.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Hematology and BMT.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in Pediatric Hematology and BMT.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A passion for working with children and their families.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
