Consultant Pediatric Hematology Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant Pediatric Hematology to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert medical care and treatment to pediatric patients with hematological disorders. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting.




Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients with hematological disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform specialized tests and procedures to diagnose and treat hematological conditions in pediatric patients.
• Provide expert consultation to other medical professionals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and recommend further interventions as necessary.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records and document all medical procedures and interventions in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Stay current with advances in hematological research, treatments, and medical technology.
• Participate in clinical research and publish findings in relevant medical journals.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Specialist qualification in Pediatrics with a specialization in Hematology.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, or eligible for licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating pediatric hematological disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes.
• Must be Western-trained
