We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) specialist to join a renowned hospital in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the care and management of critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to intensive care, ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s medical needs.
• Maintain open communication with families to provide support, updates, and education about patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric critical care and apply evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Western-trained: The candidate must hold qualifications and certifications from recognized Western institutions.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Consultant in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), with expertise in managing critical care cases for pediatric patients.
• Licensure: Eligibility for medical licensure in Dubai.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
