Country Sales Manager Full Time

Position Summary:

Azimar Shipping LLC is seeking a highly experienced Country Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales initiatives in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned professional in the Shipping and Freight Forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless supply chain solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Education: Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the Shipping and Freight Forwarding industry, specifically in Dubai.
• Licenses: Valid Dubai driving license.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
