The campaign analyst will play an integral role in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Specifically responsible for campaign schedule management, working with Portfolio, Marketing Communication and Digital Marketing teams to gather campaign business requirements, defining reporting and analysis requirements, building campaigns in CRM platform, ensuring campaign tracking, performance measurement and fulfillment. The analyst will also play a key role in designing and executing campaign A-B testing, champion- challenger process. Must be able to work independently with strong analysis, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Credit Card product, portfolio teams, prepaid card team and digital marketing teams to plan for campaigns aiming towards new customer acquisition, customer engagement or retention
Collaborate with other team members in Analytics team to finalize on target segments for campaigns
Build and execute marketing campaigns in CRM platform
Perform campaign data quality control to verify expected result and campaign requirements are met
Ensure appropriate campaign reporting/tracking KPIs are built into campaign process and executed
Track campaign performance on a regular basis and execute nurturing process as required
Plan and execute A-B testing, test-control and champion-challenger mechanics in campaign process
Design marketing campaigns to test & learn around response propensity, pricing sensitivity, best time to contact, offer sequencing. Manage customer contact, tracking of campaigns and channel performance for learning and feedback.
Ensure proper fulfilment of campaign qualifier customer within agreed TAT
Optimize process, campaigns, workflows to improve efficiency and increase output
Interface closely with internal teams for maintaining campaign calendar, prioritization and scheduling
Manage Do Not Contact process
Analyze the campaign performance, identify key insights and share the details with business teams
Ensure learning from campaigns are considered in planning for future campaigns
Automate lifestyle based and behavioral trigger based campaigns in CRM. Monitor the effectiveness of such campaigns and make necessary changes
Perform regular market research and competition scan in terms of campaigns launched by other banks/ credit card companies
Required Skills:
Aptitude and interest in data and database concepts
Analytic and problem solving skills with an attention to detail
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment
Working experience in developing dashboards in Tableau is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software ( PowerPoint, Word)
Advanced Excel reporting development capability
Proficiency in SQL server management studio (SSMS)
Minimum 2 years experience
Bachelor’s Degree; computer science, software engineering, information systems or a related technical discipline preferred
Experience in working with SQL
Experience in working with CRM Campaign Management solution is desirable
