This role is key to maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about services.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Order Management: Assist clients with tracking shipments, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Customer Database: Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-ups.
• Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on customer service performance and trends.
• Compliance: Ensure all client interactions adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
