Customer Excellence Team Leader Full Time

The position / About the Job:

• Building a Customer Centric Culture and enhancing team collaboration.
• Elaborate the annual plan with the high priorities for the team based on Local Sales Strategy and Targets.
• Monitor and follow up of the back log and invoicing.
• Coordinate the order logistics with the Alfa Laval factories and distribution centers according to the customer contract requirements.
• Analyzes customer satisfaction and improves order fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate with sales, service operation and finance department for relevant WIP (work in progress) and backlog follow up.
• Lead the team by giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan.
• Develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant competencies and customer communication.
• Contribute to process optimization, streamlining order fulfillment processes, through identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the order fulfillment process to improve lead time accuracy.
• Contribute to adoption of new technologies, automation (e.g. RPA) and best practices to improve customer support efficiency
