Customer Service Manager Full Time

Edge Global Shipping LLC is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
 Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
 Oversee and coordinate all freight forwarding segments including FCL, LCL, Air & Land Freight.
 Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
 Work closely with operations, sales, and logistics teams for seamless service execution.
 Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the freight forwarding industry.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
 In-depth knowledge of FCL, LCL, Air & Land Freight operations.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
