We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service/Pricing Executive to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. If you have a solid background in sea and air imports/exports, cross trades, and customer satisfaction, this is a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Send inquiries and RFQs (Request for Quotations) to overseas agents and local carriers.
Maintain prompt and clear communication with overseas and local partners to ensure effective coordination.
Oversee shipments from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth handling and timely delivery.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Ensure that pricing information is accurately managed and communicated to customers.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sea and air imports/exports and cross trades (Air/Sea/Land).
Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
Excellent planning skills with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Focus: Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
