Xpandretail, powered by Savant Data System LLC, is expanding its team in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve success with our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their successful onboarding and continued use of our solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their goals and aligning our services to meet their needs.
• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to customers, helping them maximize the value of our products.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any concerns to ensure long-term client retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, helping clients leverage the full potential of our offerings.
• Prepare and present reports on customer performance and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
