Data Entry Admin Full Time

Our newest opportunity is for a Data Entry Administrator to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE for a 3 month contract.

• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry
• priorities.
• Checks source documents for accuracy.
• Verifies data and makes corrections where necessary.
• Where there is incomplete data, obtains missing information and updates data.
• Updates data and ensure unnecessary files are removed.
• Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
• Combines and rearranges data from source documents where required.
• Enters data from source documents into database, files and forms.
• Transcribes information into required electronic format.
• Scans documents into relevant document management systems or databases.
• Complies with data integrity and security policies.
• Stores documents in designated locations and ensures security and confidentiality of documents.
• Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Maintains logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
• Responds to requests for information and access to relevant files.
• Maintain office equipment and stationary supplies.
