Data Entry Executive Full Time

Hala Builder is looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely data entry.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by the management team.
• Respond to data-related queries and retrieve information as requested.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and manage data effectively.
• Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or data entry are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data management software.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
