Open Positions

1. Demi Chef De Partie (Continental and Western Cuisine)
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in the kitchen.
     • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
     • Support senior chefs in managing kitchen operations.
     • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
     • Work effectively as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
2. Commis (Continental and Western Cuisine)
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Prepare ingredients for cooking and assist chefs in food preparation.
     • Follow recipes and instructions to ensure food quality and consistency.
     • Keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
     • Assist in the preparation of daily menu items.
     • Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferably in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant).
• Skills:
  • Strong passion for culinary arts and hospitality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
