Digital Marketing Coordinator Full Time

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is a luxury hotel offering exceptional service and memorable experiences. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing team in creating and managing campaigns across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to our hotel’s growth and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including SEO, PPC, metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
• Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the hotel’s website and micro-sites to ensure content is current and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage online listings and respond to guest feedback on platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google Reviews to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with both the internal team and external partners to ensure marketing campaigns meet KPIs and deliver expected results.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to consistently improve our marketing strategies and performance.
• Reporting: Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital campaigns and online efforts.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, metasearch, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
