In this role, you will:
Play a critical role in leading a number of agile development teams, understanding market trends and customer needs and on the other side proposing commercially viable propositions working closely with our retail and wealth management colleagues and the wider digital product management teams.
Actively build relationships with colleagues across products & propositions, sales and distribution, regional businesses, marketing, software delivery, control functions, the global digital teams and the wider organisation working together to create compelling customer and colleague propositions.
Drive a digital transformation for both our customers and also internally to departments not yet be accustomed to Agile ways of working.
Provide market-leading, compelling Digital product experiences that can leverage the global scale and distribution network. With increased connections between businesses around the world, the aim is to take HSBC from a collection of locally orientated digital experiences to one global set across RBWM.
Product management of key elements of a specific HSBC RBWM Middle East, North Africa & Turkey (MENAT) proposition in order to deliver distinctive value to Digital Channels using current and future digital capabilities.
Responsible for customer features that constitute the Digital element of the proposition in question (which may change from time to time as projects are completed and as priorities evolve). These capabilities are wide ranging and are based on top of core banking. They include customer experience for Digital Channels and in collaboration with the specific proposition owner.
Working with colleagues across Sales & Distribution, Customer Value Management (CVM), Marketing, Risk, Compliance and other departments in order to create compelling colleague and customer propositions and also ensure alignment both within RBWM Digital and the retail bank.
