Role: Digital Support Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Member of the Wealth Management & Priority Banking team, tasked with the digital transformation of the businesses and delivery of new projects that involve development of IT and other platforms.
The role holder will also support in facilitate launch of new or enhancement of existing products and processes and new delivery channels and back-end systems.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Teamwork & completion of tasks within the agreed timelines
Quality delivery of completed tasks
Prepare IT projects related documentation, including SOWs, BRDs and RFPs
Conducting UAT and other testing environment.
Support production systems and implementation.
Perform operational support of back office and front office teams.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:
Action-oriented with attention to detail
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
A problem solver and improvement initiator
Ability to work in a fast-moving and complex environment while meeting deadline
MS application knowledge
