We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timesheets, maintaining records, coordinating with teams, and handling documentation processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize workers’ documents and timesheets.
Coordinate with Timekeepers and Operations teams.
Maintain accurate records and ensure document security.
Handle telephone calls and assist Clients, Suppliers, and External agencies.
Ensure smooth document flow and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (India or UAE).
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
