Documentation Coordinator Full Time

At Sparkle Wave Freight Brokers LLC, we believe in “Shining by Performance.” We specialize in delivering excellence in freight and logistics services. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a dedicated and detail-oriented Air Freight Documentation Coordinator to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process all documentation related to air freight shipments.

• Ensure compliance with international and local customs regulations and airline requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, airlines, freight forwarders, and internal departments for timely documentation.

• Maintain accurate records and files for all export/import air shipments.

• Monitor shipments and keep clients updated on status and documentation requirements.

• Handle airway bills, invoices, packing lists, and other essential shipping documents.

• Assist with billing and resolving documentation-related issues or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in air freight and logistics documentation preferred.

• Strong knowledge of airline documentation procedures and regulations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems.

• Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems is a plus.
