Electrical Supervisor Full Time

As an Electrical Supervisor will oversee all electrical maintenance activities and projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team of electricians and technicians, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that all electrical systems are functioning at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical maintenance team.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed in compliance with relevant safety codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify issues and implement corrective actions Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
• Manage electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical guidance and training to electricians and other staff as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility operations and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of electrical work, including maintenance logs, inspections, and repair reports.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with other teams to ensure quick resolution of electrical issues.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering studies such as Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or Building Services.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a Supervisory level or similar
• International experience: Middle East experience is an advantage
• Hotel Pre-opening experience or renovation experience is an advantage
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (i.e. Inn Comm, BMS, etc…) is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
