Electrician Full Time

Position Summary:

As an Electrician at Mina Seyahi Complex, you will be responsible for responding to guest repair requests and maintaining all electrical and mechanical systems within the resort. You will troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and attend guest repair requests promptly and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen/mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify issues or necessary repairs.
• Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves and utility shut-offs for equipment and buildings.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed.
• Communicate daily activities and any problems that arise to other shifts.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, plumbing, electrical components (lamps, switches, outlets), vacuum cleaners, internet devices, and more.
• Program TVs and perform general housekeeping-related engineering duties.
• Handle surface preparation, painting, drywall repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement, and general area cleanup.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Operate and maintain safety protocols, including the Lockout/Tagout system before performing maintenance work.
• Maintain the landscaping system by repairing sprinklers and performing basic exterior maintenance tasks.

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Work comfortably in various physical environments, including climbing stairs, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Use computer systems to input work-related information and manage maintenance schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting. Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
