Our Emirati Graduate Program is a 2 year-long program consistingof a variety of placements. Youll be supported by a structured learningprogramme and mentor to start owning your career. By the endof the two years, we expect that the graduate will be well prepared to be successfulin securing one of our substantive positions.
What are we offering you?
With two exciting assignments spanningtwo years, you’ll dive headfirst into the recruitment process and gain hands-onexperience in the talent acquisition team. In your second rotation, you’ll havethe opportunity to work alongside the wider HR team to gain an understanding ofHR policies, processes, and business partnering.
At the start of the program, youll beassigned a personal mentor with whom youll decide a program schedule todetermine the direction of your career path.
Our training landscape will provide youwith all the basics you need for a successful start as a Leader, Engineer,Corporate or Commercial success in our organization.
How Youll Make An Impact
Support the recruitment process byproviding a range of administrative functions such as managing candidatedatabases, coordinating with hiring managers, and scheduling interviews toensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Screen and evaluate applications toidentify top candidates, and work with hiring managers to schedule and conductinterviews.
Provide valuable support in achievingEmiratization targets by identifying potential Emirati candidates and assistingwith their recruitment and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers andcandidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure effective communicationand a positive candidate experience.
Plan and execute various universitycareer fair events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent fromuniversities across the UAE.
Support the Talent Acquisition team byproviding administrative assistance such as maintaining recruitment records anddata analysis and taking on ad hoc projects as required.
What you Bring?
Majors: Recent graduates from businessadministration background – Human Resources Management.
Experience: This program is an entrylevel talent program, so we require maximum 1-year- experience post graduation.
