Engineering Coordinator Full Time

Job Description

• To manage the engineering office in the absence of the Chief Engineer






• Ensure that all maintenance requests are prioritized and are dealt with in an efficient manner, by technically proficient and guest-friendly technicians
• Advise other colleagues on Health & Safety rules and processes
• Access to computer and do computer work as instructed by Chief Engineer
• Act as storekeeper in the absence of the engineering storekeeper in charge
• Prepare and monitor gate passes for the engineering items sending for repair, replacement, sample items, refill, and to inform security once items received
• Prepares requisition for items from main store and as per store issuing day
• To prepare duty rosters, daily attendance, and weekly attendance sheets in a timely manner.
• Outgoing personality, digitally savvy; training skills will be added advantage

Qualifications

• At least two years experience, in Engineering Administration within the hospitality industry, luxury resorts is an advantage
• Efficient coordinating and liaising skills
• Superb interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English communication
