The Executive Housekeeper assists the Director of Housekeeping in managing the daily operations of Rooms, Public Areas, Uniform Room, and Laundry, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitary. The role involves strategic planning, directing, and controlling the housekeeping operations to ensure the success of the department. The Executive Housekeeper maintains effective communication with hotel department heads regarding room and public space conditions and addresses guest service needs, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
