Executive Housekeeper Full Time

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper assists the Director of Housekeeping in managing the daily operations of Rooms, Public Areas, Uniform Room, and Laundry, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitary. The role involves strategic planning, directing, and controlling the housekeeping operations to ensure the success of the department. The Executive Housekeeper maintains effective communication with hotel department heads regarding room and public space conditions and addresses guest service needs, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, uniform room, and laundry.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with hotel department heads to address the condition of rooms and public areas.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest service needs, acting promptly to resolve complaints or issues.
• Ensure consistent communication with staff and department heads for smooth operations.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management, ideally in a luxury hospitality setting.
