Executive – Human Resources Full Time

Manpower planning, People Cost & Reporting

• Manpower planning based on sales growth and productivity targets. Monitor budget vs actuals and take necessary actions as required.
  
  
  
• Maintain People cost % against agreed budget/target, highlight and propose corrective action in case of variance.
• Drive Nationalization and diversity
• Prepare standard HR metrics/dashboard & highlight areas to focus based on insights.

Talent acquisition 

• End to end responsibility of Talent Acquisition to ensure right candidate at right job
• Source profiles from various Job portals / LinkedIn / ATS
• Generate leads for critical role across UAE territory
• Coordinate with Line Managers for interviews & collect feedback for interviewed candidates. Process offer and joining through ORC. Maintain & track the progress of the process from the date of recruitment till joining
• Conduct reference check for selected candidates as required

Talent Management & Succession Planning

• Succession planning for Top Store Managers, Area Managers
• Ensure robust IDPs in place for HiPo talent and monitor progress, timely readiness for next potential role as per plan
• Ensuring Talent Review roll out for all Store Manager and above along with IDPs for all HiPOs at Store Manager, Area Manager level.

Working with Concept HRBP

• Work closely with concept HRBP to ensure concept HR plans are executed
• Drive in store engagement, engagement surveys, recruitment, etc. activities
• Ensure all concept initiatives are communicated, executed as per timelines
• Liaison with concept HRBP to get the yearly task completed – eg. Performance Appraisals, Talent Reviews, SMDP/SDP assessments, etc.

Support business leaders in delivering the people agenda

• Support business leaders to execute the people agenda
• Partner in new initiatives, key projects and support communicate, execute
• Handle information and grievance with confidentiality
• Provide information to make the right decisions – eg. Attrition, incentives etc
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
