Finance Assistant Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks and data entry.






• Maintain accurate accounting books and records.
• Post journal entries and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented according to company policies.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, promptly resolving outstanding items.
• Manage accounts payable (A/P) by liaising with vendors and suppliers.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Maintain effective working relationships with banks through regular interactions.
• Assist in annual audit preparations and processes.
• Review and reconcile fund accounts as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
