Finance Manager Full Time

Sianty is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures.
• Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking operations.
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
