Key Responsibilities:

 Develop financial forecasts, feasibility studies, and contingency budgets for the company and its subsidiaries.
 Identify financial risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities in the UAE.
 Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
 Utilize MS PowerPoint for financial presentations and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
 Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
 6-8 years of experience in a financial role with proven strategic and leadership abilities.
 Strong stakeholder management and financial analysis skills.
 Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for financial presentations.
