Finance Manager Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements across all entities.

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk, including handling facility agreements.

• Supervise accounting functions, audits, and internal controls to maintain financial accuracy.

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making in collaboration with senior management.

• Develop and enforce company-specific financial policies and mentor the finance team to ensure growth and development.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA are highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Industry experience in healthcare, medical manufacturing, contracting, or construction is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, corporate tax, and IFRS.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, business analysis, and ERP systems.
