Financial Controller Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time, including payables, receivables, and banking transactions.






• Bank & Cash Management: Monitor and reconcile bank transactions, maintain bank guarantees, and account for related charges.
• Expense & Cost Control: Allocate costs to appropriate business units, ensure correct account postings, and oversee functional cost allocations.
• Compliance & Taxation: Prepare VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and other statutory reports in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Year-End Closing & Audits: Ensure timely year-end closing, review trial balances, and support internal and external audits.
• Financial Analysis: Assist in reviewing profitability statements, integrity processes, and cost optimization strategies.
• Risk & HSE Compliance: Follow and enforce HSE policies, report hazards, and ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA Intermediate or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a multinational company.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, financial software, and ERP systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
