FM Supervisor Full Time

Position Summary

Envor Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced FM Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of facility management services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Location: Iris Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the operations of the facility management team, including technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain facilities equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and operational issues.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns and provide solutions promptly.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services required for facility maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance productivity and technical capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software is a plus.
