Key Accountabilities

Pick and issue the daily requirements from stores by using MHE*s and ensure proper documentation to match the transactions.

Offload and receive the supplier deliveries, verify the opening stock, replenishment activities up to defined standards, document the replenishment, maintain high level of housekeeping in the store.

Conduct the daily inspection of store as well as the machineries, update the records as per guidelines. Get the tasks from line manager and support the team to complete the activities within the time frame as per written process and procedures.

Report any H& S concern or process deviation to the line manager.

Control the storage and issuance of food products in a *first in, first out* basis so as to minimize wastage and ensure that all the movements and captured and transacted in the ERP system.

Carry out the daily activities by adhering to the company*s Hygiene and safety rules and regulations.

Ensure that the goods are stored in a tidy manner that simplifies the issuance and stock taking process.

Being an active and important member of the flight services handling chain, the jobholder must be updated with all guidelines and daily duties and workout along with His/her immediate supervisor and/or the Sr. Logistics Coordinator.

Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and execute His/her responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality and H&S Policy.

Essential Requirements and Competencies

Fork Lift Driving License

License to operate MHE (Machine Handling Equipment)

Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Should have at least 3 years prior experience in Stores Operations.

Knowledge of spoken and written English is a must

Basic familiarity with safety, hazards and hygiene concepts.
