Front Desk and Office Administrator Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Office Administration: Manage reception duties and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Sales Administration Support: Assist the sales administration team in handling increased workloads efficiently.
- Safety Officer Support: Provide documentation and compliance support to the Safety Officer.
- Communication Management: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and general correspondence.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive toward developing a world-class safety culture.
Job Knowledge, Education, and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP, Coupa, or MRP systems is a strong asset.
- Any combination of education and experience enabling the achievement of the outlined objectives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and ability to manage diverse tasks effectively.
