High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
1–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
Prior experience in the UAE is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and front desk software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems)
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are a plus
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle guest inquiries
Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing processes
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Ensure the front desk area is clean and well-presented at all times
Must be currently residing in the UAE
