Front Office Host Full Time

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is renowned for providing luxury experiences and exceptional guest services. We are looking for a Front Office Host with a strong background in telecommunications to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence: Provide high-quality customer service at the front desk and handle guest inquiries and requests with a professional and friendly approach.
• Telecommunications Management: Ensure smooth and efficient management of the telecommunications system within the hotel, assisting with guest communication and internal operations.
• Reception Operations: Contribute to the smooth functioning of reception operations, ensuring that guest check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk activities are handled professionally and efficiently.
• Coordination: Assist guests with telephone-related services, direct calls, and ensure any guest queries related to telecommunication services are addressed promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the front office team to ensure excellent customer service standards, promoting a positive atmosphere in the guest areas.

Qualifications

• Education: Ideally, a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar guest-facing role.
• Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills, with an ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication systems and operations within a hotel environment is an advantage.
