Job Description:

The Front Office Intern at Aloft Al Ain Hotel is a hands-on learning experience designed to immerse you in the day-to-day operations of a hotel. This internship offers an opportunity to build upon your classroom knowledge and gain practical experience within the hospitality industry. By working directly with hotel staff and management, you will gain insights into Marriott’s culture and business, setting the foundation for a potential career in hotel management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the hotel’s front office.
• Learn and understand the operational procedures of the front office, reservations, and guest services.
• Support the front office team in managing room assignments, responding to inquiries, and solving guest-related issues.
• Gain exposure to various areas of hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
