Geotechnical Engineer Full Time

Job Description:

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for performing a range of engineering duties under general supervision. You will be expected to:

• Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to meet engineering and construction specifications.
• Demonstrate sound professional judgment in work-related decisions.
• Conduct independent inspections and walk-downs of installed commodities to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Work autonomously on-site, managing a small team of Inspectors and Land Surveyors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Earthworks, Enabling Works, and conduct Geotechnical, Topographic, and Geophysical surveys.
• Handle Marine Surveys and ensure work complies with Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Ensure conformance with project specifications and independently manage fieldwork.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Geology or Survey (minimum requirement).
• Well-experienced in geotechnical and land surveying disciplines.
• Familiar with Abu Dhabi’s regulations and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
